    Notice on inner wood sleeves

    Some ring designs include an inner wood sleeve. Natural wood adds warmth and character to the ring, but it should be cared for mindfully and kept away from water, soap, chemicals, swimming, showering, and sauna use.

    Inner wood sleeves are covered by a 1-year craftsmanship warranty against production-related issues when proper care has been followed.

    The main metal structure of the ring remains protected by our lifetime craftsmanship warranty.

I received my ring and free bracelet. I like the ring, it is of good quality and has solid weight. Bracelet is nice and unique.

There is one thing I am so disappointed, how can you ship the items in a plain plastic envelope, the certificate for the ring was all bent, really bad presentation, not expected from a company that is supposedly selling rings made with Japanese quality. I got better presentation from an Etsy seller selling this type of rings for 8-10 times less than your rings. You need to do better than that.
