They arrived surprisingly fast, with certificate, which made the whole experience feel even more special.
I ordered these rings the next day I get an email saying they are out of stock of the two sizes I ordered, I asked for an updated shipping time so I could be prepared they said two weeks so I waited the two weeks and emailed again no rings… and they need an additional week to complete them but they’re willing to throw in a free gift from a different website for the inconvenience. So I did a little research and found these same rings on several websites for way cheaper when I brought that to the company’s attention they sent a chat GBT answer back with how they don’t technically make them they just list them so therefore it’s all false advertising on the website most the emails I received were missing words and everything about this website just seems like a scam. So I filed for a refund which they did process with klarna but I have yet to see my deposit money I put down with Japanese melody themselves… and they also like to pick and choose when they want to be responsive. Definitely don’t recommend buying from here.
Arrived way ahead of time in the coolest box. Good communication from shop about confirming sizes. The bands are perfect, and we can’t wait to get married with them.
