Description

Inspired by kintsugi (金継ぎ), the Japanese art of repairing ceramics while emphasizing the fractures with gold, RYOKO set translates its visual language into a different material. Gold leaf moves through green opal, making irregular lines part of the design.

  • Hand-finished in small batches — every band inspected, every inlay set with precision

  • Forged for endurance — tungsten offers exceptional scratch resistance and retains its finish through everyday wear

  • Crafted to live with you — as a wedding bands, a promise rings, or simply your own

No two paths resolve in quite the same way. The gold is not used to conceal variation, but to give it a place to be seen.

Materials

  • Green Opal

  • Gold

Each ring arrives with its own Certificate of Authenticity — bearing the founder’s mark of Mykyta, reflecting the philosophy and intention behind each piece

Sealed by hand in the spirit of omotenashi – a gesture of sincerity, carried through centuries.

A small token of appreciation – complimentary matching bracelets crafted from natural obsidian to accompany your rings, given with respect and gratitude.

Because true artistry, in our belief, doesn’t end with the ring – it continues in every act of care.

Rooted in Craftsmanship

Made with Intention

Guided by centuries-old philosophies of Japanese craftsmanship, our designs embody ma (space), shibui (subtle beauty), and kodawari (devotion to detail).
