    Notice on inner wood sleeves

    Some ring designs include an inner wood sleeve. Natural wood adds warmth and character to the ring, but it should be cared for mindfully and kept away from water, soap, chemicals, swimming, showering, and sauna use.

    Inner wood sleeves are covered by a 1-year craftsmanship warranty against production-related issues when proper care has been followed.

    The main metal structure of the ring remains protected by our lifetime craftsmanship warranty.

There are a couple things I need to mention. The quality of the ring is really nice. It was obvious that it was crafted meticulously. Joining two different materials you would expect to have some adhesive exposed somewhere, but not with this ring. The metal and wood qualities are really nice. Their customer service was incredible. There was a mix up where I was sent a different ring than what I originally ordered. I reached out to company and they were quick to send me a replacement as soon as I sent the error back. I had placed the order before Christmas so I don't expect mistakes like that happen often, if at all. All said, this is a great ring and I expect it to last for several years.

This ring exceeded my expectations. It is incredibly soft and so well made. My husband LOVES IT! He says something is missing when he takes it off. We are beyond pleased by the ring and the service was so great. Initially we had the wrong size. They shipped a new one and it is perfect. And the box it came in is so beautiful as well.
