The seller responded immediately and resolved my issue, my bracelet was defective, the platinum color was lost and turned into a reddish color, hit a replacement, hope this one last longer and is not defective as the first one. I am satisfied with the excellent customer service provided by Akira.

I am very disappointed with how this beautiful bracelet has turned into, it is no longer same color, some beads are turning redish or pinkish color and some of the stainless steel or titanium getting some discolored spots. Paying $150 for an item with this material quality is so frustrating and disheartening thing to experience. I hope Japanese Melody warranty is going to replace or do something about it.
